Join us with 8 a day

I’d like to invite you to join us to do 8 sun salutes every day between now and the summer solstice, 21st of June. That can be as easy or challenging as you like depending on how you feel each day.

Here are a few option to get you started:

Option 1
 Stand up Inhale hands over head
 Exhale folding forward from the hips into a forward fold 
 Roll up to standing

Option 2 
 Stand up Inhale hands over head
 Exhale folding forward from the hips into a forward fold
 Inhale come up to flat back
 Exhale fold
 Inhale come up to standing

Option 3 
 Stand up Inhale hands over head
 Sit into chair pose
 Fold forward with the hand interlaced behind the back
 Come back to chair fold forward with the hand interlaced behind the back (change the interlace)
 Forward fold 
 Roll up to standing

Option 4 (repeat in left side)
 Stand up Inhale hands over head
 Exhale folding forward from the hips into a forward fold
 Inhale come up to flat back
 Exhale right foot back, knee to the floor
 Inhale left foot back, knee to the floor
 Exhale into child pose
 Inhale into downward facing dog 
 Exhale right foot forward
 Inhale left foot forward
 Exhale fold into forward bend
 Inhale come up to standing

Option 5 (repeat in left side)
 Stand up Inhale hands over head
 Exhale folding forward from the hips into a forward fold
 Inhale come up to flat back
 Exhale right foot back into plank
 Inhale left foot back into plank
 Exhale knees, chest, chin to the floor
 Inhale into cobra
 Exhale into  downward facing dog 
 Inhale right foot forward
 Exhale left foot forward
 Inhale come up to standing

Option 6 (repeat in left side)
 Stand up Inhale hands over head
 Exhale folding forward from the hips into a forward fold
 Inhale come up to flat back
 Exhale right foot back into plank
 Inhale left foot back into plank
 Exhale plank to the floor
 Inhale into cobra
 Exhale into  downward facing dog 
 Inhale right foot forward
 Exhale left foot forward
 Inhale come up to standing 

Option 7 
 Stand up Inhale hands over head
 Exhale folding forward from the hips into a forward fold
 Inhale come up to flat back
 Exhale jump into plank
 Inhale in plank
 Exhale plank to the floor
 Inhale into cobra
 Exhale into down-dog
 Inhale and exhale in  downward facing dog 
 At the end of the exhale on empty jump your feet between your hands
 Inhale come up to standing
