Rest and be thankful

Like this morning, I often walk past this bench, when I take the dog out and I can never resist the invitation to sit down for a couple of minutes, or a bit longer when I have time and follow its suggestion. 

I sit, rest and think of the good things in my life, the things I am thankful for. It's very uplifting and completely free. 

Give it a try, anywhere, any time and see how it changes your mood.
